Do you buy gold?
 

Yes we do! Gold prices are still high. Bring in your old gold, silver, or platinum jewelry for quick cash or trade it in for something new and beautiful!

What is your return policy?
  • Any regular stock item may be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase for refund or store credit
  • All items must be in new, unused condition
  • No returns are allowed on special orders, sized, personalized or custom ordered items

Do your sales representatives receive commission?

No. We believe that salespeople who receive commision can be too aggressive with our customers. We prefer to have every salesperson devoted to the customer's best interest.

Do you ever have sales/deals?

We pride ourselves on representing our jewelry and gemstones accurately, and selling at the most competitive prices. You can get a bigger discount from some other jewelers, but you will not pay less for the same quality. The beauty is that you will not have to hassle with negotiating a fair price. You can buy from Randolph's with the full confidence that 160 years-plus of integrity backs each piece we make and sell. While we do not usually have sales or discounts, we do have a 30%-off department where we offer our closeout jewelry that we would like to move. That's a full 30% off our already low prices!
